VPS + Terrorbird question.

Wanting to run my bots on a VPS apposed from my actual computer knowing I do a lot of things that require a lot of memory and it causes the bot to lag, so best I run my bots on a VPS. Anyone know a decent site to get somewhat a cheap VPS per month from that's trustworthy and reliable? Cheapest doesn't mean it's always better, rather have a reasonable price and it be reliable than it being the cheapest out there. But not looking for the most expensive either. What would you recommend running 1 - 2 bots on a VPS with low lag? (assuming 1 gig of ram would be decent for one bot, yes?)

About the terrorbirds. I've heard about a public method to gain EP with no risk by using terrorbirds in a pvp/bounty world. How exactly does this work? It's a public method as there's many doing it, but curious on how it works. If you have any information that your willing to share feel free to post or PM me about it, I'd greatly appreciate it. (will not be sold in a guide as it's a public method)
