Help with RSBots.net please?

Well, i had to delete my bot client folder and redownload the new one. So i download it, installed it, and went to my email to get the auth codes that were sent to me. Come to my suprise, all of them were gone except for my AutoSnapeGrassPro. I checked the deleted folder, nothing. So i went to the Auth Code panel on the website, apparently it has flaws because it said i hadn't purchased any. Someone please help?

All my auths are fine, though lost them cause my bot was updated, but was solved when I had to update the client again,.

 

there's nothing you can do about that I don't think.
Unless you have the PayPal transaction receipts still.


If you just deleted your client (not replaced) go into your recycle bin and find the data.db file, that'll have your auths in it.

 

I have the paypal recipets, what do i do with them?

 

Just message or email them with the paypal email you used and tell them that you can't load the auth page, they should help you out but it might take a little while for them to respond, make sure you have all the transaction ids and what not though.
