Need help with bot ASAP via Teamviewer

Hey fellas need help with my botclient ive installed it fine installed jdk n all that crap followed the instructions on the webiste for advanced installation and when i load up the client the black screen pops up but dosnt go past it, it wont get to the password screen where u make ur password.. ive tried everythin i no my botclients work fine on my other pc's im currently on my hp laptop.

So if someone can help me via Team viewer it would be much appreciated Thanks

 

Repeatedly tap "S" when runescape is loading.

 

Depending on what bot it is i might be able to help. If i dont answer here im on rs ill pm you my rs name.

 

Umm i dont understand how to tap s when rs is loading because i cant even get to the part when it loads rs.. and its not just a certain bot i have several its the botclient itself i cant even get to the screen where i enter the Auth codes.
like when i click on the file to load up the bot in the first place it just stays on the screen where it says press any key to continue. (Ur not supposed to press any key it just shuts it down when you press something) the password screen is supposed to show up.. idk driving me crazy
