Which accounts are most popular that people buy

I'm looking to open an accounts shop and I'm wondering what kind of accounts I should make just for the reason to sell them.
Willing to make any kind of account.
Please reply if you think of an account build I should make

 

Maxed combat accounts and Maxed pures 60 attack or 75.

 

usually nmz ready accounts are very big at the moment and maxed stakers as well!

 

pures that can be turned into different builds, e.g a 40 atk pure with high strength and 1 prayer could be turned into almost any pure build with a nice start, also these accounts are really easy to make

 

pures and zerkers mainly

How much does a fully quested 1 defense pure go for? I mean bear head, anchor, zammy book, Ava's, ancients, drag scim, the works.

 

from my experience account sales is mostly about rep, best way to work out prices is to look through the pure section and see what people are offering really. someone with good rep could sell a pure for 3x the amount a new seller could
