    That wasn't even a good attempt..lol

    A phisher is pretty much someone posing to be someone or something theyre not. Or creating a false website or program that seems like something legit that you actually use. I.E a fake runescape website. He was hoping people would be dumb and think it was the actual RS website and put in their ACTUAL details to their account.
