Well... It is expected pretty soon. They said they would have a smaller update 2 week after main update so Jagex is like 2 days behind on this... And just when I get scammed of my UGC too....

 

Hence hes the most active Mod on the gameplay of rs?

I'll believe it when i see it. Not when someone cuts out part of a screenie, it could be someone who has runescape forum software (its everywhere) just making a mod name up and posting shit. and then screenshotting and cutting it out.
