Explanation of the discussion:

I'm in a discord group together with 5wap (aka rscrown), and some other ranks from our server (Elite Ranks). In this group chat we often play poker games and yesterday we started a game for $250 buy-in.
Myself, 5wap and Fear (a host rank from our server) all put $250 in as buy-in as it was mentioned:
$750 pot, 3-ways, 10k chips each. (I asked if rebuys were allowed or not, usually we don't do rebuy's unless its said upfront or if everyone agrees with a rebuy during the game, no-one anwsered my question)

5wap was room owner, so he started the game and after 24 hands, 5wap lost the game.

After he lost, he immediately refilled himself with 10k chips (rebuys for another $250).
And he decides himself without any discussion "1 rebuy is allowed", even though Fear and I didn't want any rebuys. So he rebought. He basically changed the $750 pot where we agreed on to play for to $1000, without any agreement.
Neither it was mentioned upfront that rebuys were allowed as no-one anwsered my questions before the game started "With rebuys or without".
After 5wap rebought, Fear and I were against it because it wasn't part of the original deal ($750 pot, 3-way 10k chips)

We continued playing while discussing this in the poker chat, without pausing the game because only 5wap was able to pause it. Fear and I were upset because this changed the whole deal.

5wap would have lost his $250 buy-in and Fear and I would have played heads up for the $750 pot..
It was 24650 vs 5350 chips in my favor till 5wap decided on himself to refill himself with 10k chips..

Fear lost couple hands after and rebought against his will, he did to make it more fair since 5wap also took a rebuy. Same happened to me.

Pot would be $1500 now even though we never agreed on this and we never agreed on rebuys, this was clearly mentioned above.

5wap won the game following a long discussion in the poker chat about how this is fair.
Ended up talking to someone who was spectating us and asked for an unbiased opinion, We 3 explained our view to him named Capio.
5wap convience me and made a deal to lissen to whatever Capio says and we do what he says, to get out of this mess and chaos.

So after we both agreed to whatever Capio says, we do. He didn't like the outcome of that so he pulls back from it...

These were the options capio gave us:
1. re-match 2. wolfie wins 3. walk free and clear for everyone

- Neither of us is going to rematch him ever again so skip 1
- he will never agree with 2 by paying me
- 3 would be the fairest, even though that means i would miss out on $750 but i would take the loss to fucking solve this mess


I'm looking for a mod/ admin's opinion on this.

As aforementioned I witnessed this poker game from start to finish and seen majority of the chat unfolded in the game-room as well as our poker club discord group.

Prior to the game Wolfie unique id:1116305184193269871; did ask in our poker discord group with or with-out re-buys, which no one responded to and would lead me to be in the assumption that no-rebuys were gonna be permitted since they were not agreed upon PRIOR to the start of the poker match.

As the poker match begun and was played through the course of 35 minutes Rscrown aka .5wap unique id:1115675992606916698 was eliminated on hand 24, upon being defeated .5wap did mention in poker with friends chat 1 re-buy allowed and proceeded to refill himself with 10k chips. At this time Fear unique id:167409388687065089 stated "I thought no re-buys, and if i would have known I would have never joined" and Wolfie was opposed as well, but did state in the poker with friends chat "so the pot is now 1.5k usd?"

.5wap was the room creator for the poker with friends so he had sole control over pausing the game or not, and in MY PESSPECTIVE personally, the moment fear mentioned he thought no re-buys the game should have been paused to discuss the situation that was unfolding which was quite unclear nor agreed upon prior to the match. Since leaving your seat or exiting the game could potentially mean "forfeiture", the game continued as they argued the re-buy issue.

Since the game continued and played out everyone did end up taking a re-buy this includes wolfie and fear, however fear was under the assumption the re-buy was a second-chance since the wager was $250 per and not an additional $250. How-ever I find it hard to confuse the term re-buy as a freebie especially since neither were discussed PRIOR to the match starting.

The dilemma that needs a resolution to, is how to go about this since the poker match was continued and played till 1 person held all chips even though there was clear discontent with the mid-game re-buy that was not agreed prior to the game match starting.

In the discord poker group chat .5wap wanted my personal take as a decision on the outcome, and I stated the following based on the overall events 1. A Re-Match of agreed upon initial wagered pot of $750, 2. Everyone could walk-away empty-handed meaning no one wins/losses, 3. Wolfie wins, but this last option i have to rescind on as I went over the play logs and fear still had chips at the time which mean the game wasn't over, I was tired when I wrote this judgement initially. I proposed these options based on the fact re-buys were not agreed upon prior to the start of the game and basically dis-regarded the continuation of the other half of the game that unfolded. So since the game continued, and .5wap won after everyone else re-bought despite the discontent we are left with what should ultimately be the end-result here?

1. Does a Re-match happen?
2. No one wins/losses and everyone keeps their money?
3. Since .5wap ended the game with all 60k chips does he win $750 or $1500?
