Explanation of the trade: Scammed Deposits + Customers from RuneFarm. We would like these debts to be added under his name in the event he attempts to clear his debts on Sythe in the future to pay us back for what he scammed.
Amount scammed: 150m in deposits, + 50m in orders.
How they scammed: Scammed customers and workers. Has cut off all communications with us and is unresponsive. Is now banned as well.

75M Deposit made by myself to Toland.

Can be confirmed by @Frosty that I originally paid a 75M deposit to Toland back in January, and I have been working for RuneFarm since then. Toland still owes me my deposit for when I leave, and I doubt Toland will be paying it back in the event I leave the business. Deposit has been covered by @Frosty for the time being.

30M order taken by one of our workers, @zeaimaz assigned by Toland. Has not been paid out and was delaying payment.

Myself and @Frosty will be paying @zeaimaz 30m for the work done.

 

I can confirm that the above information is correct, as well as that I have requested that @datboiKeef posts this on mine and @Jmitch 's behalves as we are unable to spend the time to put together everything in lieu of the event and dealing with the issues that have arisen.

We do of course hold him accountable for this act, but are doing our part to cover what we are liable for. Anything besides RuneFarm specified scams, we will not take responsibility for, as is within our rights.

He will be banned permanently from our Server despite whether or not he refunds the scammed amounts, as punishment for doing such. We do of course expect to be reimbursed if this ever is the case as well, please and thank you.
