Beng and immyGP

Which violation you are reporting the user for: Market manipulation
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Beng is Staff within @Immyy and is basically having two threads to deliver gp.

 

Few things to say on my end:

-I never had the intention to manipulate market sales or for me to gain extra customers out of it. (immyy will provide proof of the conversation shortly)
-No sales were made on my end either as I was purely staff for the time Immy was busy / offline. (we can show all transcripts with customers to @Kanye or any Sythe mod from the moment I became staff in his discord).

I kindly offered Immy to help him along as he was busy with projects / real life work while he was growing his discord and his OSRS related company (membership/codes).

I sadly didn't take into account there would be an overlap between sythe bumpers otherwise I wouldn't even bother if I realized earlier it was against the ToS of Sythe.

First of all I can only apologise if i've broken the rules, it was never my intention to manipulate any markets that's for sure. I'm pretty new on the gold trading scene, having only previously dealt with membership and a few account sales so I reached out recently to a trusted friend (Beng) to see if he would be able to help when I was unable to get online.

The agreement was simply for Beng to offer ticket support during the times i'd be unable to do so. I'd recieve the payment to my wallets/binance account and once i'd confirmed it he'd deliver my gold from my account to the customer. There was no mutual deal (I'm not selling my gold in his server or visa versa) and Beng would in no way benefit financially in helping me. I'd be more than happy to show you the ticket transcripts from the date I reached out asking for Beng to help out (12/07/)

It would appear this has caused some upset with Grant too which I can only further apologise for!
