Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I seemed to have to forgive me because I was banned on another site and I gave the money back. had completely forgotten I cheated him of 100m RS3 . it is 8 Moon Belvedere ago, one here at pioneered by Forsythe has trusted me with 73m RS3 . I am not out to cheat , I have been wiser for the longest time.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes.

.....

Lol he's trying to make it seem as if it was a minor mistake and he forgot about it, but he clearly didn't care about refunding the user because he felt bad about scamming, he just didn't want to be banned on here. He didn't post on Powerbot trying to get un-banned until he'd been reported here, and as mentioned in the final post on the appeal he linked, his scam was quite malicious in intention and no form of accident/etc, and it seems he may have even had some sketchy history judging from ChrisD's post saying that he had malicious intent from the start (not sure if he meant from the start of the trade/scam or the start of his time on Powerbot.)
