    I'm one of those lifters who doesn't like crossfit. Too many exercises that can potentially injure you. The main thing is whatever exercise you choose, be sure you research the form and perform it well.     I think all exercises are not dangerous if you have the proper form.


    For me, I injured my lower back and was out of the gym for 2 months because I rushed my squats using a improper form.

    Not exactly. the Upright Row, for example, is horrible for your shoulders. Would not suggest it.

    I'd say deadlifts can be very dangerous if you do them without proper form. Always choose a weight that you are comfortable with aswell. Great movement.

    I would have to say most exercises can be dangerous if done wrong, even common ones for a long period of time.

    Deadlifts can fuck you up pretty bad if your form is wrong. Don't jump into the heavy weight without getting your form perfect first

    Most Dangerous Exercises

    Form is key. Some excercises might be considered more dangerous than others because they require correct form or you might get injured. But, no logical exercise is "dangerous" if you have proper form and use a spotter with heavy weight.
