My new tints and speakers | 1080p

Let me know what you think. I just got them done yesterday and they look pretty good. I've never gotten tints before but these look amazing. The place I got them done at did an exceptional job, I don't see any bubbles or anything and the material is great. Not that cheap film.

I installed the speakers and the head unit myself. I researched my car and what speakers I should get for the past two weeks, so if anyone needs help deciding on their own speakers or anything, let me know.


And you can really tell the good sound quality when you turn on 1080p, you can here all the highs beautifully.

Total spent:
4 brand new retail speakers - $160 (great deal for the model, look it up on amazon)
Radio - $80 (prob sending back and getting one that can control subwoofers for when I buy subs)
Tints w lifetime warranty - $155

 

nice tints man here in UK so many restrictions you speakers weren't all that though. Definitely needs subs..

 

In England, Tinted glass will normally get you pulled over by the police, they don't like it when you try and hide whatevers inside.

The speakers are decent though.. You should remove that fucking beeping from when you open your door.

That's a pretty decent setup, tint is clean. I would suggest replacing your sub though, playing with it like that will destroy it. I'll tell you a little about what I'm lookin to get:

Alpine Double Din Headunit
Alpine Type X speakers
2 W7's
Rockford Fosgate Power series 2500 and 1500 single channel amps

All on a E39 540i, will post pics when it's all finished

Nice I like the tint, I was thinking bout getting mine done but they said it'd cost me $400 to do all including the sunroof lol.

 

The tint is good, when I get my first car I'm gonna get a pretty bad ass tint like yours

very nice. Like the subs. ill be posting a vid of my car too, and its subs. there MTX dual subs, cost me around $1500 with setup, sounds great. But im likking ur setup as well. I didnt know ur allowed tint so dark, where I live you can have 30% tint in the back windows, and 20% tint in the front windows. leme know

 

The tints have turned out real nice so far. I've drove them for longer than 5 days now, and after 8 PM you can't see much in the rear windows. Just the headlights of the cars behind you. I quite like it, and no one can see you from the drivers window either. Love the privacy and the look. Though the cars color doesn't really fit with the black tints lol. Thinkin about getting a body paint job.

What color should I get?

I actually don't have subs. I said it wrong in the video. They're just 6x9 speakers that are in the back. You said you're allowed 30% in the back and 20% in the front? That doesn't make sense, why would they allow a darker tint in the driver seat but not the back seat? Lol I think you have your %'s mixed up, and I'm not sure what your question is.

Those tints look a little dark, I know in California you can get a ticket for that.
