Even if the offer is real the tablet is probably an extremely low quality chinese knockoff that cost them $2 to make. Not worth buying either way.

You and a few other people will purchase one of these 'free' products for the ten dollar shipping charge. The charge will instantly approve and go through. After a few days, you will receive an email telling you, oh noes! our account was hijacked! we reported it to paypal, they will refund you, just contact them about it, here's the name of the site that did it. we also hired more security people to make our site better and safer, so feel free to order in the future, you can also have five dollars off the shipping cost of your next order!

You'll get an email from paypal telling you about the wrong charge, that they will refund you in three to five business days and the name of the site that wrongfully charged you.

After another week, you'll get another email from paypal saying the charge failed to process, because the bank refused the refund. They will try again for you.

Another week will pass and you will receive a final email from paypal stating that the bank denied the transaction again and that you should contact the seller on your own at the email address provided.

Now, if you're like me, you will then look up the WhoIs information for the site that was supposedly wrongfully charging you and you will find that the wrongful charge actually came from a site owned by the same person who runs the laptophobia site and has been telling you about the wrongful charge and giving his apologies via email.

So, no doubted you will then contact this gentleman at his original email, used to first message you about the mistake, explain you have seen through his ruse and ask for your money back before you report him to the authorities. Also, it's a good idea to screenshot all this information, including the address, telephone number, IP address and multiple email addresses of the owner of the domain name as well.
