Best Motivational Speech, Secret to Success.

Hey Guys! Now i was not sure if i should post this in video section or here but i guess incase mods wants to move it to video section it's okay but i would really like everyone to take a look at this video. This video is probably one of the most motivational speech i have ever heard and i usually watch this video when i am thinking about my future how i am going to make it through everything and this Video always helps me feel better and just think positive thoughts, It would be great if you guys would watch this video because i don't think i am the only one who loved this video and changed in a way from it.

A great video and used to be what I watched before games and practice, however what I really want to recommend to you is the concept of mastery.

Read the book "Mastery" by Robert Greene, a book about a plethora of famous people, i.e thomas edison and how they became "masters", what it takes to become successful and what the level of mastery means.
