So I recently purchased 50 level 3 accounts from AlwaysBurse, I bonded 10 accs and gave them each one million gold. I contracted another sythe user, Eliemixx20 (see screenshot below) to train the accounts for me. Eliemixx messages me and tells me 7/10 accounts now have authenticator on them and cannot be accessed. After speaking with Huss#1337 and DimSum#3746 on discord it seems that they were effected by this as well.
I tried messaging him directly and or opening a ticket but I am getting no response which has led to me do this. It seems that he oversold accs and then 3 people got screwed in the process. @eliemixx20 can vouch that the accounts had gold and were bonded and the usernames that were sold to me via burse that I then contracted him to train.
I would like a full refund for the accounts (other people have login info) and money for the bonds/1mp per account that I had on them. See screenshots for more details on the situation.

Burst is saying he will refund me the bonds + 10m which I am okay with, I am disappointed though that it took over a day for any sort of response and initially an admin on the server was calling me a troll. We will see when he get's home tonight
