Hey guys help me look at this it keep popping what shud i do?

well if you already tried reinstalling I'd say scan the link for virus' and if that's not the problem, save it as target maybe?

 

Sounds to me like your system32 folder is missing comdlg32.dll or
comdlg32.OCX go check your system32 folder for these files if there both there then im not shure if your missing one then just download it and put it in be carefull tho cause system32 files are critical files ive had to do it before on an old computer for a different error but be carefull
