Just wasted 33$ for RP card, is there any useful way to spend it, or do I have to sell it? Im beginner at LoL, been playing Dota 2 quite alot.

 

Every 6300 IP champ that goes on sale for RP, I suggest you buy it, every week.
I did this with RP I got in my early stages of the game, and it really helped me get to owning every champ in the game a lot quicker.
$33 of RP can easily get you a good amount of 6300 IP champs, saving you plenty of time from grinding that IP.

 

First off, I would suggest you to save all that Rp until the very end. Try every champion you can during the free rotation that occurs every week or so and if you like that champion, then buy him/her when its on sale! You can also buy skins but I suggest you not until you mastered a champion
