Beginner Questions, and Looking for Vouches From Reputable Members for Best Services

Hey guys!

First off, the general questions:

1. If a service says that they do not bot their quests/levels, how can they prove this to customers beyond a reasonable doubt?
2. What financial incentive do people who vouch for or link to a particular service have, and how can you differentiate the services recommended due to financial incentive from the ones that are actually the cheapest and most honest?
3. Is it absolutely true that unless a seller's Discord account gets hacked, I will not be scammed by someone pretending to be the seller if I double-check the string of numbers that is their unique ID by enabling it under developer options?
4. How do I estimate the actual likelihood that if a seller bots an account for me, I will be banned? And how much does this correlate to claims of lack of bans by the seller and vouchers in the sales thread?

Then, the service-specific questions:

1. Is there a market dedicated to people who have high level/pking accounts that simply don't use them anymore, and want to make money off of "renting" them out?
2. Per (1), is it more cost-effective to just get my 2-3 half-completed accounts turned into zerks, med levels, maxed mains etc. instead?
3. Is there any service out there where I can just tell somebody what content/work to do on my account for like 2M GP per hour and they do it, while letting me observe that they aren't botting? What are the going rates of stuff like this if it exists?
4. Is there any other way to get ahold of a higher-level PVP account and not break the bank that I'm not thinking of? I just wanna pk because I really enjoy it, but I absolutely hate doing quests and getting levels and stuff.

I dont believe you are posting in the right area however if the service you are requesting observes the person providing the service through a stream of some sort that is highly likely going to increase the cost well past 2m per hour how do you know they use bots probably dont.

most service providers provide screen shots on request and give constant updates like myself..

if you want an account pay for one to be made rather than buying one off the market.

@bababablacksheep is correct, this isn't the correct place but that doesn't matter to be honest. The most important part is you receive the answers to your questions you asked. Right so let's answer them for you shall we, please keep in mind each person might vary in answer to what you ask, but with this being said I have been in the market for a very long time and have seen many people come and go so this is just my opinion and prospective.

1) As a service provider we are meant to realistically train via hand, if you are using any third party software that helps "cheat" the game and this doesn't just mean bots, then yes you are meant to inform the customer(s) beforehand to make sure they do understand you are using something that isn't 100% legit, and as such potentially putting their accounts at risk. A lot of service providers these days use either OSbuddy or Runelite (runescape clients with extra plugins etc to make the game easier/smoother)

- If a service provider CANNOT provide you screenshots or will not (they are pretty much auto-defaulted when you download the clients so you don't have to actually worry) The same applies with quests and anything else that can be botted, but please note in some cases bot clients do also have overlays for these clients. (the same applies with OPENOSRS client) then it's very likely 99% of the time they are botting.

2) Vouches help the service grow as such, by all means yes it's just a number in the end. Let's say you do waterfall quest for 10 people and gain 10 vouches and it costs 500K per quest, each of them will go "thanks! DID WATERFALL QUEST FOR ME QUICK!" and then people will either just count the vouches or they will look at what the vouches are, and they will see that it's just cheap quests and be like meh. There is nothing to say that "cheap" service providers are not honest people as much as the well established people, but at the same time in many cases you need to understand although it can go both ways many also wait until they seem more trusted in newcomers eyes to scam or hack people. This is what I was referring to with the vouch comment, let's say I sold 10 people 10M each and each did a similar vouch too, that would mean I sold 100M and you sold 5M in questing, so realistically I would look more trusted really.

3) If you are advertising a contact method then you are responsible for it regardless of if it's hacked or not, if you message someone the correct information like my Discord Dbuffed#0067 (345893819348287490 unique ID) and then they get contacted by another Dbuffed#0067 or dbuffed#0067 etc but with a different unique ID, then that's on them to decide to go forward without checking, at the same time if you have PM'ed them this information (which when asked you should) then unless you have as I say been hacked you are safe. If you have been hacked, it doesn't matter how many people get scammed or how they get scammed, you are liable for it the same applies to your Sythe account and other things related.

4) One thing you need to understand with account selling is it's very tricky to know what's what over in the end, accounts can be banned for any reason or no reason at all and the same applies with recoveries on them so you will always run the risk of having an account banned/hacked/scammed when you are purchasing them. Just always remember, the original owner can lie about being the original owner and they can also bot the accounts and claim they were hand done so it's really on you to understand and evaluate the situation.

I know there is a market to rent in general, what type of accounts vary though. Maybe try @Yellow_Hat_OSRS_Services or Runescape Account Rentals & Other Services but be careful who you choose to go with as mods wont do anything and cannot do anything in fact, if you do not record your sessions.

People will allow you to observe them but in some cases it might cost more due to teamviewer etc (my service for example charges extra due to the disruption) but worse case scenario yes there are people who do services in general, but all varies in price.

If you was to swap your accounts into something else, assuming they are not too far gone already as some stuff needs to be quested etc to meet certain requirements, I cant see why it would be a real issue to get involved that way either.

When it comes to high level accounts, unless you made your own or had an agreement with someone rentals are the next best thing ,but at said above it comes with certain restrictions/requirements. You could always make payment plans or so forth with people, and as long as you hold your part up then you're usually fine.
