Thinking About Returning To EoC - What To Do?

As you can see, I used to be a maxed range tank..that was before EOC. I have no experience with the new combat system because I quit shortly after its release. I honestly do not have as much time to play as I used too, but I wouldn't mind logging in once in a while if it had a purpose.

So here I am asking, what should I do with this account? I've been interested in PvM but have no idea where to start. I'm currently F2P (Should I go P2P?) and skilling. The XP rates are rather frustrating but I have no idea what else to do. Help!

 

I thought the new combat system would be effective, more like WoW but it was no where near. Jagex has no experience in this type of system and they failed in my opinion. The combat is frustrating and wasteful, if you play 07 i suggest staying there as Jagex has failed EoC.

 

^I agree a lot with the above. If you remember RS for what it was then stick to 07.

If you're looking to play an action bar game - head to WOW.

I also play WOW and it's a lot better.

 

I actually started a Rs2007 account, I just feel bad leaving behind so much hard work and time haha

 

I completely agree, i felt the same way starting over. I had doubts about it and procrastinated a lot.. Now i wish i wouldn't have and not wasted all that xp because now i would have most my goals accomplished.

 

If you wanted to continue EoC I'd personally have just made it into a main, as you could have done boxing then as well as PvM.
