I think, it's been a long time since I did that quest.
Edit: Oh, it's not 18? Then Idk :/ Try Multimplying 1*7? If 9 doesn't work then idk :/

 

I just did that last night, its such a pain getting the numbers after 15. Pretty sure its 5+19-2-2 so try 20.

 

when you finish can you post a picture of rewards please? quitted rs but would like to be updated and to lazy to enter salmoneus or any page xD

 

Yeah the 19 on there was correct so answer was 20.
