    I am 87 strength and can get max gear. What would you say is the best method? Provide xp rates please :)

    Oh can't even spell strength ...^

    If you want to do it asap do NMZ or bandits, both can be afkable so it's not so painful

    If you're 70 def Dhing @ NMZ with low hp is your best bet. If you don't like using ppots, you can go to the ape atoll monkeys and keep praying at the altar.
