not a scam

I know I may not be owed anything, but was advised to create a report in the case of a possibility

Explanation of the trade: Based off this report Resolved from my understanding they voided a bet after it won due to multi accounting (when the right thing to do was to cancel it before the game started) I did not know multi accounting was against the TOS as usually on a sportsbook website they would stop the bet from happening prior to the game stopping or just not accept the bet

How they scammed:
In my opinion, his bets were voided because they won, my bets were lost because they lost, we both broke the same rule (him on purpose, mine was indirectly) as they understand I am a pretty big bettor

But now I have seen that if I had won those bets they would of been voided because of TOS I don't think they should stand as a loss

It makes no sense that they should be able to void a bet that won but not void a bet that lost for the same tos being broken, from the admins response on discord they said I would of been paid out, but nothings to be sure that I would been paid out now that there is evidence of someone not being paid out for this TOS breach

In my opinion they would of voided them if they won because of the TOS breach (which I didn't even know existed) but they claim they would of stood, which means they give one rule for someone and another for someone else. Ontop of this the bets were both on accounts with identical names except for one character and placed on the same IP, and funds transferred from one account to another so it would of been very easily noticable that they were multilogged beforehand if they had systems in place to be able to void the bet before the game had started as there TOS says they would do.
