    This build seems fine but where's the SSD?
    I suggest 240gb+ SSD, put all your used applications there to run 2x faster.

    Don't need that big of a PSU, 650W will power that easily(Unless you're going CFX/SLI, then get a 750.)
    Drop to 16gb ram, if you do end up filling that just order another 2x8kit(unlikely imo). Only need 1600MHz ram, won't notice the difference between that and 1866.
    Drop Ivy Bridge and get a Haswell build Z87 & 4770K.
    Get a 120G atleast SSD(Samsung, Plextor, Intel, Corsair, Sandisk, Crucial), dont go OCZ, trash SSDs.
    Can get cheaper MOBO & Case, doubtful you'll need the space of that case and the features of that mobo.
