How to become trusted?

I've tried to make a number of small trades $10 to $15 usually and no one is willing to do business even when I offer to go first due to low reputation on the forum, which in turn leads to more people not trading with me and further users not dealing with me, it's like a cycle.

I was trying to buy OSRS gold due to the low prices happening right now but no one will take my money PayPal F&F.

I totally get it from a seller's perspective, like why trade an acc with low rep when there's a higher chance to scam or chargeback even though I wouldn't do that. I feel the seller's point of view.

What can I do?
