How do I report a scammer?

Hello I recently made a thread to sell my account and someone named Productions or something posted on it trying to buy it...Being the cautious person I am I looked at his posts and seen someone saying he stole their account and dropped every item they had and stole the account. He denied it so when he told me his skype and I looked it up I found out it was HIM trying to scam me also. I need to report this guy!
