Diablo 2 - level 99 Sorceress

Sorceress is the best character to start out with in my opinion, since you can Magic Find with it. Also, it's good to start with Fire type, in my opinion, since it does hell of a lot of damage with a Fireball.

there is no "best character" to start with,
each class is good in there on unique way and can all easily complete the game
it just depends on you luck of finding good gear, your knowledge of where to put your attributes and skills, and your knowledge of the game itself.

 

I was just giving an opinion, because who's going to do Magic Finding with a Barbarian(Barb) for example. You know what I mean? They can Magic Find for the other characters they're going to create in the future for example.
