Right, well the cinema where i work at in the UK is doing a 5am showing (on a Friday morning) of the new Batman film next month to co-inside with the midnight showings in America. What i want to know is would you go and watch a film that early or would you rather go that evening.

Most films I wouldn't, but The Dark Knight Rises would be no problem. Looks incredible.

True but what about school/college/uni/work... Imagine having to get up at 4am to get to the cinema, the film finishes at 8am (yes including trailers its a 3h film) and then having to head straight to one of the places ive mentioned above... wouldnt that kill you?

I'm the type of person that would do it, KNOWING that it would kill me later on. I say just go in the evening if you have to go to school/work, it will affect your performance and you don't want to be sleepy while you're at those places..

If i really wanted to see a movie and its coming out, I would probably go to it early, 5 am showing instead of that evening.

I wouldn't mind at all. Seems like a good way to start off your day. Especially with a movie as raw as the new Batman.

If it's a movie I really want to see, then I'd do it without hesitation. But, if you feel you can't sleep well, and you have a lot of work, then waiting until another date wouldn't be too bad.

I can see why people would go at 5am, I won't get up that early to see any movie. (although, I might stay up that late to see it)

I wouldn't go that early for that film, personally.
