Batch code

I need help with writing a batch code to run minecraft and copy all the files to a temporary folder on the c drive which will have to be created with the .bat file and than when the game is close it copies everything back onto a flash drive. Then the temporary folder is deleted. Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone can recommend a safe .bat to .exe converter I would appreciated it.
