    How to use the CPanel
    Basic

    1. Goto your Cpanel: www.yoursitehere.com/cpanel {If you have Cpanel}

    2. Login in with the Username and Pass you had signed up with when you had made the account at your host's site

    3. You should get a screen like this:

    List:
    Mail- Settings for Webmail/E-Mail

    Webmail- Gives a list of webmail clients you can use

    Change Password- Changes password that allows you into CPanel

    Parked Domains- When you buy a new domain, add that there, then you can access both websites from that CPanel

    Addon Domains- Redirects {Basic}

    FTP Manager- For your websites FTP (Settings)

    File Manager- Deletes/Views files on your server

    Disk Space Usage- Views how much each file on your server takes up [Megabytes]

    Backups-

    Top: Downloads your whole site onto comp
    Lower: Uploads the downloaded backup back to your server

    When you DL, the files on your site do not go away. DONT WORRY

    Password Protect Directories- Allows you to add a password to a part of your site to get in

    Error Pages- Enables you to edit the pages people get when there is an error
    400: Bad Requests
    401: Authorization Required
    403: Forbidden
    404: Wrong Page
    500: Internal Server Error

    Subdomain- Allows you to add/remove sudomains: Namehere.sitenamehere.com

    MySQL Databases- Allows you to add, remove, or edit your MySQL Databases

    Redirects- Allows you to make a redirect from one page to another
    Ex: www.hax4you.org to www.hax4you.org/forums

    FrontPage Extensions: Allows you to edit your site using Microsoft Front Page
    ** NOT RECOMMENDED **

    Web/Ftp Stats- Shows the hits/ numbers of visitors to your site

    Raw Access Logs- Allows you to DL your websites stats {Who Visited}

    Raw Log Manager- Organizes the Raw Access Logs

    Error Log- Shows how many, and what error someone might've encountered in your site (404, etc.)

    Subdomain Stats- Shows the visitors of all your subdomains

    PHPMyChat- Creates a standard chatting area for people who visit your site:

    Bulletin Board- Adds a YaBB forum to your site

    CGI Center- Allows you to add basic HTML items to your site Ex: Guestbook

    Scripts Library- Shows what you have added to your site, only the basic items Not Manually Added Ones

    Agora Shopping Cart- Adds a basic shopping cart to your site

    Cron Jobs- Allows you to add a command that will activate every so often {You Pick Time}

    MIME Types- Shows easily defined MIME Types

    Apache Handlers- Allows you to add/delete an APACHE handler (Not needed if Apache is fine)

    Hotlink Protection- Disallows other people to post pics, etc. from your site to another

    Index Manager- Manages the files on your site

    IP Deny Manager- Whatever IP you add there, will be blocked from using your site PERIOD

    SSL Manager- Not needed unless you plan to go big (PM me if you want some info)

    Statistics Software Configuration- Allows you to add/remove the stat analyzers

    Fantastico (Not Included with all hosts)- Allows you to add some more cool things to your site.

    not every hosting account uses cpanel, some use plesk
