Ban Evader Pure NG

This guy is supposedly a "newcomer" who just joined at 2015 with 7-8 posts, yet he knows so much about sythe based on his posts.

If you check his Ip you will see it corresponds with 3-4 ban evaders.
I will try to build a case against him with a help of another.

Everytime his Ip changes it corresponds to a ban evader which I am guessing he is trying to log in or appeal.

It's more than a coincidence if his corresponds with 3-4 ban evaders.
