Basics is a scammer

The deal was his 111 tank for 60m and the account was then recovered. Also had 60m on it that was acquired by myself.

supposedly gonna refund me yet doesn't respond and has now befriended me off skype
wants me to give him the bank pin on the account so he can receive partial gp from the person who took the account back, even when he stated he's the original owner 3 times. I believe he's in on it or is the one who recovered it

Basics all of a sudden removed his names from his name shop and made them PM Only. I think he did this so his names are not exposed when he is banned.
He has scammed me for 120m 07

Was there any chat after that where he agrees on a refund period or whatever?
