Barrows methods?

Alright, well we all know we have a couple of pro barrowers out there yea? I'm bored, I wanna try barrows, being in gwd is making me bored I need a different minigame.

Anyways, I'm curious as to what is the best way for me to do barrows. I've been there couple of times, and I'm a high level. Yes salamander this, salamander that. Bring bones to peaches, use guthans blady blady blah. I get all this, but here's the real question what is the best out of all the barrows methods there are. There are a lot of people claiming they can stay there forever, and get 10+ chests in one trip. I think they all bullshit. Unless they were using sara godswords then they'd do fine, along with guthans for the kc, and another would be the bones to peaches tabs.

Just post how you do your barrows. Your inventory, your gear. And what would you suggest people should bring, what have YOU found to be the best method to do barrows with? Help me out here guys Oh and moneys not really something that you should be worrying about, GS, bandos, DFS, the barrows stuff yup...all check.

i borrow my friends ags...
i use the best defence bonus i can.. normally full torag.. cheap or full guthans
than i bring the guth spear

then id bring bones to peaches.. this will normally last me around 1 hour there depending if i get bored.. so 1 hour theere is like 100k-10mill

I used to barrows back in the day when it was worth it

Imo the best set up you can get is -

Full guthan's
Amulet of Fury
Infinity boots
Barrows Gloves
Fire/Mage arena cape/Skill cape
Seers ring/ring of life {if laggy}
Harralander tar

Inventory - Black salamander, reason being its cheaper then slayer darting and i find it hits alot faster/harder, Crystal bow with karil's top, crystal bow is alot more accurate then rune c bow with bolts, i find it kills ahrim's alot faster (+ im old school ) Dds (for specing out karils) Bones to Peach tabs (if you want to do 15+ chests without banking these are nescasarry) If you can afford or lend an sgs i'd advise taking one as it helps alot with prayer, but if not no worries, rest of inventory should be 4 combat pots 2 sharks, rest prayer pots.

1st - Dharok: He can hit 50+ if you don't have melee prayer on so i advise you always pray against him, 1st brother you should kill, i use 1 prayer pot sip per run so i always kill dharok 1st, use black salamander with magic mode in full guthan's (can switch to karil's top as it doesen't lower your mage attack as much as guthan's plate body) kill him then go to the 2nd brother.

2nd - Karil's: Some people prefer to go to ahrims 1st but thats because they usualy melee ahrim's, if you have any remaining prayer left piety and range prayer, combat pot and most can spec him out his defence is horribly low :huh: if he isn't dead after your specs just finish him with guth spear, usualy get a heal off him to.

3rd - ahrim's: Switch to karil's top and if you have inventory space un-equip your melee armor, equip your crystal bow and you should be able to 6-7 hit him depending on range level.

4th - verac's: This is usualy where most of the food is used, verac's can combo quite bad, however if you stand on the corner of the coffin, sometimes you can safe spot him for 4-5 hits before he manages to move and hit you, which can be helpfull and make him drop quicky, use the black salamder for verac's to, with magic mode of course.

5th - Torag's: easiest brother, just tank him out use your black sally, usualy doesen't cause much damage.

6th - Guthan's: same as torag's doesen't really hit much but he can heal so can be a pain sometimes, black sally magic attack shouldn't cause to many problems.

Tunnel - When your in the tunnel if you get one of the melee brothers you can safe spot most of them, however unlike slayer strike there isn't any distance you can attack the brothers with, you have to be side stepped on a corner or edge to be able to reach them, without them reaching you, remember all the doors you went through, because your going to be going back through them, get 20 kc, loot the chest, and if you have inventory space kill some rats or skeletons for their bones, and when you get out of the cript use a b2p tab for some extra food, take a sip or of prayer potion and repeat, depending on if you have an sgs/combat levels etc, ive maxxed at 27 chests in 1 run, done some runs w/o having to even use a prayer pot, Hope my little guide helped you

 

i usaully bring full veracs and dds but godsword is pretty fun as well but i say veracs since godsword is crashing
