This still works. I am there right now. I found all 5.

There are 2 in each wing of the building and 1 in the middle.

talk to Larry at ardy zoo, then go and spy th penguins, then talk to Larry again .. all you need to know.. =)


(you get about 1.2k exp per point, and 6.5k per point... you get to pick, if you choose one, you spend them all, though.)

 

two penguins escaped, but are still in ardgone.. three are in the castle, one in ardgone church(remember to keep the door closed so it doesnt escape!) and the other is the big house to the south east of the north bank, be sure to thank Twillow and Lexian2k6 for giving their time to trap the penguins. =)
