Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: well so i was a runescape gp swapper and i had one of my biggest swap of my life that was 800m Eoc > 80m 07 and i told him to vouch but he didnt and vouches were worth alot to me back then so i vouched my self

Anything else you wish to say: am very sorry and this twc has been on me for over than 4 months
