How they scammed: Not returning earn't deposit or refunding a scam from his former worker.

Unfortunately i'm filing a report against Baod (498543103381340170) for holding my 500m deposit as he's left me with no choice. Within the terms of service he is able to hold my deposit for up to 14 days since my resignation, which was 14 days ago today.

I would firstly like to announce this isn't bringing me any satisfaction or pleasure as I have great deal of respect for Baod and his server, but I disagree with the direction he's going in, so i've resigned and am trying to move on in peace.
As you can see in the picture he is claiming i've stolen some gp from an account that I gave to him as a donation to the server.

After I gave the account to him the details we're unfortunately leaked. We had an incident with some permissions allowing every member of the server to view everything i.e the accounts we had for sale and the account I gave to Boad that he was going to sell.

This is a screenshot of the page that was leaked during the incident, which I would not usually be able to see.
For everyone in the server including myself this meant anybody had the ability to login to my old account.

I must also add I messaged 39th -Baods head of staff- about the leak of my old accounts details in hopes that the details would be changed and his assets would be protected.

I removed myself from the chat where I told him, but this is a screenshot of him confirming I notified him.

I unfortunately fell victum to our gfx artist scamming people, which I was happy to let slide, but Baod is trying to use a false accusation against me. Apparently I took gp back that I donated to him.

After countless efforts to go through this a mature and respectful way, i'm owed 558m and I really am being left with no choice but to file a report. It's an obvious case of an attempt to bully me after I gave countless unpaid hours of work for Baod, and his server.

Honestly I just want my money back then the deceit and attempted bullying to be over. How deep are we going to run this Baod?

 

As i wanted you to make this dispute so it saves me time if making my own, i dont have time for that to chase down 160m, but what i do have is evidence you donated me an account, that we both had the info to, then around 160m go's missing. Will upload my evidence later

i asked my staff if anyone has any Alt accounts i can use with high def, You popped up and said i can have yours as a donation, the donation your on about to the server, - yes its a donation, that i tried buying from you, & offering you the gear on the account, you was determined to let me have it.

i tried enough times to pay for the account..as i never asked for the email/hotmail to change the password ect, i don't feel its fair asking for full info of an account i did not pay for, hence i kept asking to pay, so the password got left the same. Me & You both knew it
Im not sure if you let other people have the password, but if you did, then you should of notified me that so i don't put wealth onto the account..

im not sure if its a quiescence or not, hence i asked it to go to sythe & To get my point across.

My point of this report is to show everyone, - When buying accounts, Be safe & Don't buy emailed linked accounts, No matter how kind they are.

Firstly I don't want to look unappreciative of that donation you gave me, because I am.
But I would like to add the last message you cropped out of it, for people to understand this wasn't an act of generosity more an act of guilt. And you did tell me a week prior you were paying me a little, I'm not sure claiming to be 'nice' to me is fair as you still have 558m of mine, yet claim your not in need of gp.

I digress, so you say you weren't trying to sell my account, yet this picture tells me you were. So in fact the evidence I've provided is proof the details were leaked.

I'm not sure i'd put that in the 'agreeing with my resignation' category, looks more like unproven two faced allegations, maybe constructive dismissal, but most likely an act to persuade me to go out with an uproar, in turn leading you with a reason to hold my deposit. I prefer the mature route.

You attempted to call this coincidence* (I think) yet I call it a tactical strategy to keep a workers deposit. When you look at facts you hold a workers deposit for an excessive 14 days after resignation, then you hold off for as long as you can and force Sythe claim and state items worth '140-150m' started at 40-50m then 160? (which I can't see any evidence of this random value by the way) is missing from my old account.
If you're going to try to frame someone at the very least stick to a single amount and commit, it doesn't look good to constantly change the amount all time.

Interesting you bring up the slander allegations, okay bud, ill bite.
So above you state you can't 100% prove I took anything, which not only says it all - it proves this photo to be slander against me.

It's great to see you try to get your point across no doubt, I can see your effort to play the 'Mr Nice Guy' card. Doesn't suit you, the screenshots don't lie mate, the biggest cowards are always the toughest typers.

To cap off if I may, before I leave it in capable moderators hands. A final lesson like your self did. The only part that I can agree on is the truth at the end, 'If it's too good to be true, it usually is' just like working with a person who would turn a donation into a reason to hold someones earnings.

Sorry for the misunderstanding this wasn’t a concern, this was a request. Along with the message you deleted a request to Aory to provide some evidence to support the case. Is it not within my right as the plaintiff to do so?

 

I appreciate your efforts, that’s correct yes an account I gave him that is now lost. No I don’t have the account, but it is possible I can assist with the recovery for it if he wanted. Have you come to a decision with the 58m Disabled scammed from me by chance?

 

I haven’t attempted to login to the account since I gave it to him, but yes I do still have access to the email. I offered to help him recover the account, but as shown below there is no reason with him, just continuous open allegations.
