Don Panzer - trying to scam kids

Scammer, sends the money not from his Paypal account and via e-check which he cancels later.

He uses MoneyBookers - but can not pay with it (look here : http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=867683, sends the payments via E-check, but can not pay via bank/WU/mail).

Plus, creates threads where he is buying expensive items, like wines, accounts with 1b+ on sythe and rsbot, look here : http://www.rsbot.org/vb/report.php?p=3679770 (all created today).
