Fml.

All I ever seem to get, is rude comments and put downs.

- Internet people, constantly, on Xbox just cause I have a nerdy voice on it, makes people think they can yell at me, ok whatever, they are just voices. People from anything still, I make one comment and it's all, gang up on me.

- IRL - Everybody. It's all racism and stuff now, I am white, short, and skinny. What does that mean? I am the base of all "attacks". From family to friends to people I see but don't know. I live in Hawaii so its near to 4x more racism.

I never seem to get positive comments, at all. Besides one person, my girlfriend, just her gives me a "good job" type thing.

Sometimes I feel like I should become a clam and shut out the world.

 

Forget the people that put you down. People that choose to constantly insult others are usually just insecure about themselves. Every time somebody puts you down, tell yourself that, because it's the truth.

Xbox and the internet is usually an escape for people, to get away from reality. Same thing applies as above. When people are insulted they like to take it out on others, and it just becomes a domino effect - thus why they make fun of your voice. Everybody is a victim at one point or another.

Same as above with the racism, try not to mind it. Racism is rampant everywhere we look, different races in different places.

Don't shut the world out, you'll be fine. I'm sure many of us here can relate to you. I'd rather have one good friend that I can trust with everything and someone that can make me feel better (your girlfriend in this case) as opposed to 100 acquaintances that are just "alright".

Sorry to hear about you problems Glyder, but your signature is the major message you should take out of this whole post.

 

Don't let others bother you, I've always been the one that gets teased in my group, mainly because of my back. But I just end to ignore the rude comments, because I don't care at all what they think.

 

Just mute them, and try to play with people who won't make fun of you. I guarantee they won't be that hard to find.

People who make fun of you for things like that are really not worth knowing. If it's your family and friends then it's tricky, but just tell them that it's hurtful and annoying and hopefully they'll stop.

Trying to isolate yourself isn't going to help, you can't hide from everyone and in the long term you'll only make it worse.

I know it's easy to say, but try and tell people that it annoys you and they should stop.

You could always trying talking to people about it, tell them that your tired of getting put down all the time and that it needs to stop.

 

I do that, Irish. But all it usually brings is more yelling.

 

Don't change to fit in, stick to who you are my friend.

Stuff like this you will laugh about when you are older.

 

Just keep your head Down Ignore others and carry on . You will be fine .

 

Be who you are, no one else can tell you what you can and can't do regardless of your skin colour of personality.
