Requesting multiple GFX for a website

Yo guys,

were looking for some banners & background for our website: www.coradyce.com

1.We need a background for our first page www.coradyce.com with a few buttons.
(This means some nice banner, on the right and left side something good looking. A symbol line with a few buttons like Forums, Youtube, IRC)

2.We need an Banner for our forum: www.coradyce.com/forum

3.We need an background for our forums that matches with the banner.

4.Maybe, we need some new symbols.

Basically all these 4. requests could be done by 1 person, or 4 different. We will pay fair if the work is good .
