Update p2?

If your not going to approve my inital disputes for the public, at least somebody skype me with a update? Like I dont mind if a staff takes the time to send me an update if I politely request one.

This is really effecting alot of people, I myself personally, Rsgoldfund employs 6 people actively.

*It's really thrown a wrench in my accountants tracking for a variety of reasons I'm sure u can imagine, or I can explain if u want
*I've had 2 people quit since the ban because they simply cant wait 5 days or a week or whatever, I have 2 employee's who live paycheck to paycheck, Rsgoldfund makes some employee's upwards of $325+ a week, it pays like a real job practically.
*Our traffic has havled since our Sythe ban(from 200-250+ chats a day to 90-130).
*It's caused damage to the rsgoldfund brand which I've spent a fourtune building and protecting, god knows how many titles I've had edited over the year.
*It's damaged my own income
*I've waited out the 3 days infraction ban I was asked to.

What is going on? I'm not trying to be pushy but this isnt like the previous times, RSGOLDFUND is being ran like a company, it generates income like a company, it employs 6 people+ myself full time(40+hours/week).

I've had workers completely slash their hours the past 3-4 days, 1 wants to work for IHQ now and 1 offically quit due he literally is wasting his time and cannot support himself.

I dont have a week or a month to wait, if staff want to deliberate thats fine, thats your guys call, but dont keep me banned during it lol, I served the time I was suppose to.

It's not fair to me or my workers to make us both suffer, I served my time I was asked to theres no such thing as "rule violations".

Update/ Resolution & Unban Please?
