Need help recovering an account

This story starts in august, 2020. Basically I bought an account from an original owner (he didn’t scam me), but he created the account in Wales... then moved to Australia as a teenager. No big deal right?

well, I live in South Carolina (USA). So fast forward to when my dumb ass gets a two day ban and impatiently appeals it in November of 2020- the jagex system just assumes the account was hijacked.

So the account gets locked, and for some strange reason after it got unlocked I now don’t receive any emails from the password change attempts (account wasn’t hacked. Hiscores haven’t changed and friends say the account has never been online plus the authenticator is still running on my phone.)

As far as recoveries go, i know my account creation date and post code in Wales and Australia but I’m not sure on the ISPs for those countries that the OG owner used. But I have 7 passwords, 5 usernames, and 2 transactions (one US, one UK) and STILL no luck in the recovery process.

any advice?

 

There isnt really an advice for recovering. See what the denied message from Jagex tells you to improve on infos.

Could try reaching out to mods on twitter, longshot but try and get them to review it themselves rather than automated system, I've heard of people getting accounts back when a mod reviews rather than an automated system which is shit.
