Banned while trading with elite dust

I was selling RoatzPkp to another user (@Elite Dust) and since he was trustworthy and was paying up, I decided to stake him my pkpt vs his paypal $ (he wouldn't offer anything in the stake but if I won he'd pay). So I was up $11 on him doing this and we decided to do a double or nothing. I offered $11 worth in items in the game and he offered nothing. I beat him. He immediately logged out and I was informed that he got banned for RWT in the game. He claims he didn't see the end of the fight but I did. Shortly after, I got banned as well. Does he owe me the money? Can a mod give his opinion? I have screenshots of our Skype conversation in which I immediately after our fight messaged about the $22, to which he responded that he got banned and didn't see the end of the fight (so even before he even mentioned that I asked for the $22).

He then asked me to mule the rest of my stuff so I don't get banned and said he wouldn't take responsibility for a stake he couldn't see the ending of:

Lastly, RoatzPK automatically takes screenshots when you kill someone, here's a screenshot of me beating Elite Dust (Elite Dirt username) and winning nothing (because we had agreed that I would stake PKP and he would stake Paypal $). I had 96 AGS's before the stake and 66 are in my inventory (stake was for 30 AGS = $11). Screenshot:

BTW I think Elite Dust is a good guy and was very legit and fast with his services before. And I genuinely believe he wouldn't scam on purpose, I just think its fair and right that I get the $22 as promised.
