Disputing ban for yz8

He was banned because of this:

http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1874132-yz8-mil-mi24.html

A black hat hacker is a hacker who "violates computer security for little reason beyond maliciousness or for personal gain"

Malicious - characterized by malice; intending or intended to do harm.

He admits here that he ddosed his teammates, but not for malicious intent, he confirms here:

This would make him a greyhat hacker, not blackhat.

Spoiler: Supposed "admission" of ddosing with harmful intent

If you look at the picture, it doesn't show admission of anything, rather a threat that was never executed yz8 states, and to our understanding is a false show of pretense. This is nothing more than speculation, and if we're to ban someone because of speculated content, then countless of other members should be banned as well, starting with leanbean.

I believe there is a misunderstanding in the ban of yz8, and he shouldn't have to pardon if he is within the boundaries of the rules, and should be unbanned if anything.
