AccountSalesForYou - Incorrect Ban

So I was on MSN doing a deal with somebody to buy gP. They added Shredderbeam into conversation to MM for us. Shredder said he added me, but the thing didn't show up for me to accept him. So I added him. He asked me to screenshot him online on my contact list so that he had proof I had added him, but I was in the middle of BH xfering, and since I lost 2 sara sets today already I didn't want to lose more. So instead of screenshotting I spoke to him in a seperate conversation box - I can't start a conversation with him unless he is on my list. He has now banned me because of this, just because I was too busy to take a screenshot, save it, upload it and send it, when I proved I had him added by speaking in a seperate conversation. This is in my opinion a wrong ban.
