where would I put this and is it even allowed?

I have several accounts I've either maxed the stats I botted them on or they were temp banned for botting once and I was wondering the following.

1. can I sell accounts that have been temp banned for botting once?
2. Would these accounts be sold in the normal section if not where?
3. What kind of price loss should I expect on an account that has been temp banned [assuming it is allowed to be sold]

1) Yes
2) Normal section, just include the "Account Status" screen so viewers are aware that the account has previous offenses
3) ~50% of what it would normally sell for
