Banned Victini? Why?! Help

It says self vouch, which made me (Victini) Banned, and my neighbor (Unkiae) whom told me about this website banned also. We weren't self vouching if we actually made a trade. I sold him 40M. So then he told me about vouching, and since we traded properly and no one was scammed, he vouched for me. Now we're both banned? Please un-ban. He is sitting next to me, so i assume that the IP address is an issue?

You guys share the same ip address therefor you were banned for self vouching.

You can not interact on two accounts from the same ip address at all.

Closed. I'd like request/recommend a perm as well, not a 3month. He had scam accusations against him on the account Unkiae, he just self vouched, AND attempted to lie about it.
