    [Sythe][FireZ]Audi Pardon

    Dear Sythe Staff,

I was recently banned on the forums after creating a topic about a situation which I found very dangerous for the community. I realized that the advertisement on the bottom was false and against the rules of Sythe. I tried to inform the community, which evidently got be banned, which I can't wrap my head around.

The topic can be found here : http://www.sythe.org/spam-forum/1799461-rs3hot.html

As the topic went on, I started asking questions as how this mistake could of happened. I went on to ask who could have made such a mistake, when 'Sythe' replied he said "Chasing this up now. Pretty sure they are the same company that ran gold4rs, in which case their claims are probably true".

I went to ask more questions, as to how he could have been 'pretty sure' that this person ran gold4rs. I would imagine there would be backround checks, ad image check, and website redirect check before placing the image on the front page of Sythe for 10's of thousands of community members could easily click, and use the services.

The advertisment was totally false and against all rules of Sythe to protect it's own userbase! The ad claimed it had 2.9k vouches and 9 years reputation. None of that was proven. And even, if gold4rs was the owner, where is there vouches via Sythe anyways? I went on to state that I thought even if the above was true, I though the rules stated that you can't have multiple accounts advertising the same business, of the same owner.

Than I went to ask if he can post a detailed report of how this mishap even happened, I didn't realize that it would affect his feelings to the point of banning me. I also didn't know asking such serious, yet informative questions was against the rules. I thought I was helping the community, as a new user on Sythe I didn't plan to trade - just to post and help others.

    Sythe went on to say:
"Cool well it's been nice having you on the site. It's pretty clear you don't want to be here so I helped you out by giving you a ban.

    Cheerio"

He banned be for no reason, he said it was clear I didn't want to be here, but where did he get that assumption from? And does this even constitute a ban if he thought I didn't want to use the forums?

How is it that if I asked the Director of the community, simple questions that the community HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW. IT PROTECTS US, AS A WHOLE! He got mad at me for directing hard questions towards him, I believe he banned me so I can't ask more questions. Do you think I was wrong for trying to protect this community from being scammed? How many people could possibly get scammed hundreds of dollars by this advertisment?

I went on to say that maybe he just put the ad there for the money, because his donations are reflecting the runescape downfall. Is this wrong? Isn't there banter in the spam forums? I thought that's what it was for - anything goes.

I went to post a ban dispute, where firez quickly replied ' get off his lawn ' and closed my topic with no avail. I then posted a second opinion dispute, where firez again posted 'go away, all future ban disputes will be deleted'.

Now - I can't even properly unban myself, and clear up my good name. I was given 0 chances for a real answer, and a real ban reason. I thought the disputes I posted were handled like a child, and very biased. I am now afraid my pardon will result in the same motion, which the biased staff will just decline me.

Now there are good people here, and I hope that can reflect my pardon. I only tried to help the community, and keep peoples money in their pockets. I think I was banned childishly, and given quite an unfair treatment for honestly, no reason - all the rules were broken regarding my case. Why did I get banned for asking questions that honestly, should be answered.

The ad is still up, Yousuckv2 posted in RaS regarding this topic, and the user was suspected of vading, faking vouches, faking reputation, and banned.

In the end - I think I was treated with the upmost disrespectful manner, breaking all rules that were designed here to protect the community. I think the community should have the right to know if any funny business is going around. Does this mean if someone questions Sythe's work that they will be banned out of simply; emotions of an administrator?

    Thank you,
    -Audi.

As to that post, he has my support. I'm pretty sure on previous bans from Richard, his approval is required at either this or the USL level.

I'll tag them both, good luck.
