banned for no reason lol

my account under the name "joksa3" was ip banned. it was posted in a thread along with some other account names, saying that they were inactive for a long period of time and had just recently been used out of nowhere. However this is not true. if you were to check my account you would see a handful of posts/replies/comments and vouches left for others who have done services for me, spanning over the course of the last 5 years. If someone could please look into this i would really appreciate it.
