Temp banned for flame?

Yeah, well i was temp banned a few weeks ago, etc, and i was temp banned for flame. I do not think this is right, SINCE the person who i "Flamed" started it first, i had to retaliate, i just simply re-posted after he did, since he was talking about how bad i am or w/e. this is a ridiculous ban, and i think someone should look into who ever banned me.

This is a un-reasonable ban, i do not think i should be temp banned for this, i am un-temp banned the 8th of this month, but i still think i should not have a record of this. when someone says something about you, and you don't want it to hurt your record, then maybe you should say something back.

If your saying "Why didn't you speak over msn?" one problem, the kid jumped to conclusions, and blocked me. otherwise, i definitely would have solved it over MSN and not brought any flame here. ex. someone irl punches you in the face, do you sit there? no you do something about it. That is exactly what i did, i did something about to, to not hurt my rep.
