Banned for scamming?

Added a scammer on msn and he reported me to a mod for apparently wanting to know how to scam. http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1301742
1. Notice how he's banned, obviously not that reliable of a source. 2. Notice the status where it says last message received and such, is a lot lighter color and the color is off etc. Point in case, I haven't, nor do I even want to scam. I obviously don't scam because I always go first. Please stop ignoring my threads when I have proof. Unban me, please and thanks.

 

Show me the real conversation (pics of the MSN convo from your side), or don't bother making a dispute. It doesn't matter whether the person who reported you is banned or not.

Also, pretty sure MSN is supposed to be like that.
