Been Banned for Ban Evading? No Username Specified? No evidence? Confused?

I've been banned for ban evading, it originally said until 11/18/2011 at 7:00 AM.

Now it says it will never be lifted?

Is this a rogue staff member? Someone abusing their power? A mistake?

I'm confused because I can guarentee this is the only Sythe account made by me on this IP address.

A little explanation please? I've not even been given a username I'm apparently evading from? If I had been given that, I could list the username and have you check IP's or something?

Would like some light shining on this as soon as possible, I've been told that it usually takes a long time for the threads to be approved then posted. Please don't let that be the case as I'm looking to get back to my sales.
